The BPA-free BACKMEISTER ® Big Black offers 15 saved programs for bread (also gluten-free), jam, cake, pasta dough or yoghurt. With the powerful, robust AC motor, among other things, 3 bread sizes and 3 degrees of browning can be made and selected – for the removable baking pan and the double kneader (both with ceramic non-stick coating). Safely standing on non-slip feet, can be pre-programmed for up to 15 hours and with lots of accessories: measuring cup and spoon, 2 kneaders, 1 hooked skewer, removable baking mold and operating instructions with recipes.
